The delivery address for our products will be shown in the order. Unless otherwise specified and agreed, the standard delivery method will be free standard mail.

We make every effort to process and manage your order within the time frame specified for each item. However, production times may vary, and delivery times are therefore estimates only. Delivery time shall not be considered of the essence of these terms and conditions, and we shall not be liable for any loss or expense you may incur as a result of a delay in the delivery of your order.

You must inspect your product upon delivery and, if the product is delivered by a carrier, sign the delivery receipt. A signature on the delivery document shall constitute evidence that you have received the order without visible damage or defects. You may not reject the order or any part of it solely due to delayed delivery when an order consists of multiple shipments.

If, at the time of delivery, the products appear defective or damaged, you must provide a written description of the damage or defects, signed by you.

We reserve the right to deliver your order in multiple shipments. If your order is scheduled to be delivered in multiple shipments, each shipment shall constitute a separate contract.

If you fail to collect your order due to your own error, we shall be under no obligation to refund the purchase price.
