What is a personalized storybook?
A personalized storybook is a story created especially for the person receiving it. At Mumablue, every book is customized so the main character becomes part of the adventure. You can personalize their name, appearance, and even add a photo and a personalized dedication to create a unique gift they'll treasure for years.
What can I personalize in a book?
All Mumablue books allow you to personalize:
- The main character's name.
- The character's appearance.
- A photo.
- A personalized dedication.
Depending on the story, you may also be able to include multiple main characters and even a pet.
What ages are the personalized books for?
We offer personalized books for different stages of childhood:
- Ages 0–3.
- Ages 3–6.
- Ages 6–9.
We also have books designed as gifts for moms, dads, grandparents, siblings, or the whole family.
What are Mumablue storybooks like?
Our books measure 22 × 22 cm (8.7 × 8.7 in) and feature a hardcover with 44 full-color pages printed on 300 gsm glossy coated paper. They're designed to become lasting keepsakes that families can enjoy for many years.
How do I choose the right book?
You can choose a book based on the child's age, the occasion (birthday, Christmas, a new baby, etc.), or the person you're giving it to. Each product page includes a detailed description to help you choose the perfect story.

What occasions are personalized storybooks perfect for?
Our books make wonderful gifts for birthdays, Christmas, welcoming a new baby, Mother's Day, Father's Day, family anniversaries, or any occasion when you want to surprise someone with a truly special gift.
Can I send the book directly to the recipient?
Yes. During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address so your gift is delivered directly to the recipient.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every book is printed exclusively for each customer. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an estimated production and delivery date.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive the tracking information you need to follow its progress and check its status at any time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your book hasn't entered production yet, please contact us as soon as possible at soporte@mumablue.com, and we'll do everything we can to help.
My order arrived with an issue. What should I do?
If you notice any issues with your order, please email us at soporte@mumablue.com, including your order number and photos if necessary. Our team will review your case and offer a solution as quickly as possible.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country where you place your order.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Our books are personalized and made exclusively for each customer, so we cannot accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments in order to avoid issues with returned orders.
Voice Dedication
What is a voice dedication?
A voice dedication is an optional add-on that allows you to include a recorded message to make your gift even more special. After purchasing your book, you'll be able to record a message that the recipient can listen to online whenever they like.
When can I add a voice dedication?
You can add it after you've completed the purchase of your personalized book.
Downloadable Coloring Pages
What are the downloadable coloring pages?
This is a digital add-on inspired by your book that you can download after your purchase to color on a computer or print and enjoy at home.
How will I receive the coloring pages?
Once you've purchased them, you'll be able to download them by following the instructions sent to you by email after completing your order.
