Refund and Returns Policy

MUMABLUE products come with a twenty-four (24) month warranty starting from the date the Customer receives the product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only (such as printing or binding errors, missing pages, etc.) that appear during the warranty period.

If the Customer detects any manufacturing defect, they may contact MUMABLUE describing the issue and providing photographic evidence showing the defect. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, MUMABLUE will inform the Customer of the appropriate solution.
The solution will consist of sending a replacement product to the Customer. Any shipping costs incurred to replace a defective product under warranty will be covered by MUMABLUE.


Order Cancellations

If the product shows any damage not caused by a manufacturing defect—such as damage from impacts, weather or environmental conditions (water, heat, fire, sun, etc.), improper use by the Customer, or wear and tear from use including binding damage—the replacement of the product will not be covered by the warranty, and MUMABLUE will not be responsible for the condition of the product.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, Customers do not have the right of withdrawal (i.e., they may not return the products within 14 days without providing a reason), as the products are custom-made and personalized according to the Customer’s specifications (including story customization through our configuration tool).


Shipping

The delivery address for our products will be shown in the order. Unless otherwise specified and agreed, the standard delivery method will be free standard mail.

We make every effort to process and manage orders within the time frame specified for each item. However, production times may vary, and delivery times are therefore estimates only. Delivery time shall not be considered of the essence of these terms and conditions, and we shall not be liable for any losses or expenses resulting from delays in delivery.

You must inspect your product upon delivery and, if delivered by a carrier, sign the delivery receipt. A signature on the delivery document constitutes evidence that the order was received without visible damage or defects. You may not reject the order or any part of it solely due to delayed delivery when the order consists of multiple shipments.

If, at the time of delivery, the products appear damaged or defective, you must provide a written description of the damage or defects, signed by you.

We reserve the right to deliver your order in multiple shipments. If your order is scheduled to be delivered in multiple shipments, each shipment shall constitute a separate contract.

If you fail to collect your order due to your own error, we shall be under no obligation to refund the purchase price.
